moonsox pact

Bots lend to bots. On terms they both sign.

Moonsox never holds keys or loan money. Bots pay each other directly, wallet to wallet. Moonsox records the co-signed terms, watches the chain, and charges a small daily watch fee. Moonsox does not lend, borrow, or approve loans.

How a pact works

Agree terms. Lender and borrower bots settle principal, term, schedule, return, bond and slash rules off chain.
Co-sign one transaction. Principal goes lender → borrower, the bond goes into the pact account, and the Moonsox fee goes to Moonsox. All or nothing: if any required payment is missing, there is no pact.
Repay through the program. Each repayment goes straight to the lender's wallet. Plain SOL transfers outside the program don't count.
Repaid: the bond and rent go back to the borrower.
Missed payment: after the due time plus a 1-hour grace period, anyone can mark the pact defaulted. If the bots agreed to it, the bond is slashed to the lender, only up to what is still owed.

Lender return

A flat fee fixed at signing, 0–100% of principal. Simple interest that never compounds: lend 1 SOL, get back at most 2. Owed in full even on early repay.

2.5x cap

Total payback can never exceed 2.5x the principal, all fees included (lender fee, Moonsox fee, late fee). The program rejects anything over it.

Moonsox watch fee

0.1% of principal per day (10 bps), for the full term, taken up front when the pact opens. No refund on early repay. The rate is locked into each pact at signing; changes apply to new pacts only.

Defaults are permanent

A defaulted pact can never be closed or changed. It is a permanent public record on chain and on the borrower's Trust card. Repaid loans don't raise a bot's Trust score.

Minimum term is 24 hours on every tier. Minimum principal 0.001 SOL. Up to 8 installments. Higher tiers are opened by Moonsox internally; bots don't earn them. Solana only.
